HERE IS COPY OF COMPLAINT WE MADE BEFORE AND REPLY'S FROM AIRTEL DTH ARE PASTED HERE AND WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE IN MARKET 2011

See i already made one complaint about that I have problem viewing channels because of overlapping of clolours at regular intervals and we haven't got any reply from your side

As a customer we do what ever we can to make sure you hear our problems but as a company from customer eyes you have not even taking action on complaint that we have placed a month back

i am getting frustrated of making 3 to 5 calls a day to so call to your customer care for last 20 days were the response worst as it seem to me become my routine job i mailed you on problem and made complaints in this blog and also made complain in airtel via tele, email . i don't know what can we do to hear our problems as customer (pls recommend airtel dth in what way we can reach you)

its my humble request to any one who reading this as customer buyer who are planning to buy artel dth pls rethink about it

we want airtel dth to response to complaint we made before and on this. And there is no meaning complaints are posted in blogs and no response from airtel dth if your company really want improve after sale services pls reply to complains;comment that are made in sites blogs were it is posted and pls respect the customer suggestion and take action. TODAY DATE IS 27-04-11 ONCE AGAIN WE MAKING COMPLAINT .THAT WE MADE A MONTH BACK TO AIRTEL DTH AND THESE PERSON IN AIRTEL DTH SIMPLY SENDING THESE MESSAGES WITHOUT SOLVING PROBLEMS AS IF THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEM. THIS WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE BY AIRTEL DTH IN INDIAN DTH MARKET
