Extremely Bad Experience: I had purchased a new DTH connection (A/c: 3008149856) on 8th June; I paid in advance thru their IVRS... till date:
1: No One has bothered to install the device at my home
2: The engineer had called me on 9th twice, but never turned up
3: Have tried calling up theircustomer care... dont even get me started on that... worst experience ever... all 3 times i've been kept on hold... dint even recieve a complaint ref no...
4: I've paid a 12 month subscription in ADVANCE
Have no clue now how to get a refund at least...
