Irresponsible behaviour from your AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE they created my ID, and while asking why they are not activating my Airtel DTH connection, even they know my new customer ID which fully paid he is BLUNTLY REPLEY THAT CONTACT YOUR DEALER. When i asked about some LIST OF QUESTIONS WHICH THEY DONT HAVE PRIOR ANSWER which are given below:
1. NAME OF THE DDEALER WITH WHOM MY ID WAS CREATED?
2. WHY THEY CREATED MY ID IF AIRTEL DONT HAVE MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
3. NAME OF THE ENGINEER/ ASSOCIATION WHO BADLY SEVRED ME?
4. WHY CALL CENTER GUYS WORKING AT NIGHT IF EVERYTHING TAKEN CARE OF DEALER?
5. TO CONTACT ANY OF THE DEALER IN PUNE.
Last Answer is we Airtel is not resposible for activation, only dealer are resposible for the same.
