I am using airtel digital tv, customer id 3007338884. i purchased a new tv for my drawing room, i wanted to shift my airtel digital tv connection from bedroom to drawing room, for this i requested to airtel digital tv's customer care number 18001028080 on date 21/06 & they promised to fulfill the request by 23/06. This didnt happened. I again called them on 25/06 & they promised same to be done by 27/06. Again this didnt happened. Once again i called them on 30/06 & talked to their senior & he promised to fulfill the request by 01/07 by 4 pm. Again this didnt happened. Each day i had to call them hold the line-explain the whole matter to them-talk to them for near about 15-20 minutes. Its just a waste.

Their customer care number is very poor, the call disconnects many times talking to them, again one has to call & repeat the same story to them. If you select option for a new connection then one is able to speak to customer care executive that shows they are hungry to sell their products but do not bother at all for after sale services & customer care services.

Kindly solve this matter & put a heavy penalty on them.
