Unauthorised deductions

Sir/Madam,

I am having airtel digital tv (dth service) connection. On 30th JUNE Rs.66.14 was deducted from my account for activating a channel (TEN).

I don`t know how they activated the channel and deducted Rs.66.14 from my account.

Please guide me what to do
