I had taken new connection on 3/7/11

I have opted for south india pack and paid rs 2390 by credit card

my booking id is 32351

my transaction id is 15884093

till now customer ID not provided, Installation & connection is not yet

provided. I am not getting proper responce from helpline. they are disconnecting the line.
