DEAR SIR, I HAVE BOOKED AIRTEL DIGITAL TV (MULTITV CONNECTION ONE IS HD AND ONE IS DIGITAL) THROUGH ON ONLINE USING MY PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK CREDIT CARD ON 2ND AUGUST OF RS.4200/- USING WEB HTTP//OFFER.CONNECTINDIA.IN.

MR. LALIT GOSWAMI AIRTEL ONLINE ADVISER HELPING ME TO SEND PAYMENT HE SENT LINK WEB . HE ASSURED ME TO GET THE CONNECTION WITHIN 24 HOURS. BUT ONE NO NOT CALLED ME FINALLY I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE NOT GIVING PROPER INFORMATION . I WANT TO REFUND OF MY MONEY OF RS. 4200/- ONE MONTH GONE

STILL I AM NOT GETTNG CONNECTION AND NOT GETTING REFUND.

I AM TOTALLY UPSET AIRTEL SERVICE. I AM GOING TO FILE THE CASE IN CONSUMER COURT
