Refund Of My Amount

Sir,

My name is Vipul Bansal and i lived in Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi - 110007. My concern is, on 1st of January near about 8 or 8.30 PM I ordered a new multiple tv connection on the customer care and paid Rs. 1190 (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Ninety Only) on IVR through my citi bank credit card no. ending with 0064, and the transaction ID for the same is 590122. And the executive assures me that within 24-48 hrs. your connection will be installed, but till Wednesday no response from them. After that I started contact to customer care and everyday till 7th Jan the executives said probably today or by tomorrow your connection will be installed but result was same “No Response”.

And on 7th Jan all the limits were crossed by the executives, I called up on customer around 20-25 times and in that no. of times around 18-20 times the executives disconnected my call after listening my concern. So i decided to cancel my order and i sent a mail to [email protected] in this concern that now i don't want the new connection and i want my money back. And i got a call from them on 8th Jan that within four working days your money will be credited to your account and gave the reference no. 15274647.

But today is 13th Jan and no reflection of refund yet in my card (I confirmed with my bank also) and when i called up to customer care, firstly my call was got disconnected by them after listening my concern and when i called up second time they said that your complaint no. 15274647 is showing closed from our side.

So sir kindly help me out that how could i got my money back.
