I have send this email to airtel DTH customer care nodal center for rajasthan on April 1 and I am still waiting for the resolution. these fucking company people use to have only one reply that we will resolve your problem and our technical executive will visit at your home till today evening, I don't know when that evening will come. you just checkout this email, its shameful for a company like this:

I have called him several times but it was busy n not answering, could you pls apologies from my side If I disturbed him as he is so busy, that he is not able to revert me. Was it your CEO?
If yes then tell him to shut down the company immediately and lock the services you are providing as your maintenance team is not having proper equipment or giving excuses to the customer. If you have equipment for giving new connections then what is the issue in repairing the old one or those equipment are only for new connections. Could you tell me who will be responsible for the days without entertainment for my family. are you able to fulfill that valuable loss of me.
