Dear Sir,
From last 15 days I am getting low balance messages on screen every minute.
I have complained more then 10 time on phone, twice on [email protected] but the problem is still not resolved. Now customer-care has stopped taking my calls. When I used alternative number to complain today customer-care representative lost his temper, when I told him to escalate the call, he simply disconnected the line.
