No Connection/No Money Refund

Dear Sir

I applied for New Airtel -DTH connection online with bid no. 92259 and receipt no. 6867 and make the payment Rs. 1640/- via online net transaction on 01 June (Friday) with payment ID:322995763 with Customer Detail: SHELLTrans_MIC12747096445.I asked my bank about payment status and they told that Payment is successfully transferred and when I contact Airtel-Digital helpline, they denied the same. Also I mailed to "[email protected]" several times but no response from there.

Still Waiting for either Connection or Money refund from the such reputed Company:(
