Our digital tv is not working since 1800 hrs today.we tried to contact office ph.no.43215357 several times. One Mr AMIT picks up the phone and says I AM HOME and disconnects the phone. We tried to contact ph no.8285025666 without any success. Then we sent SMS at 8285025666 and got the response that complaint will be attended soon.
We called the call centre at 18001028080 and after waiting for quite some time, we were told that the complaint has been registered and it will be attended to, by tomorrow.
Is it the kind of service that Airtel (a renowned company otherwise) is providing to its customers and is it the type of response, we get, from airtel executives, when we try to contact them.
