GOD TV channel assured - but not available

Hi All,

I have subscribed Airtel DTH based on the follow-up and inputs given by the customer care representative that GOD TV (christian channel) is there in Airtel.

After installtion I found out GOD TV channel is not there. Surprisingly no english christian channel too with one of the popular Dish Channel provider (GOD TV, Daystar, TBN etc)

Sales team has contacted me several times in the month of November & December. Now Airtel is referrening to IVR conversation with sales personal ONLY at the time of making payment.

I have requested airtel to arrange for termination and taking back the item installed in my premises. Also requested Airtel NOT to meter for services which is assured and NOT provided by Airtel.

SR for disconnection and surrender SR no. 4883064 raised on 25 December.

Please note that there is no fault of mine as I had confirmed with Sales executive many times.

I have already requested my mobile phone provider to give me the list of calls made by Airtel for get this order in the month of November & December.

Need inputs to go for legal proceedings through a consumer court.
