Here I Mr Madhav Bhartia buy a Sony Bravia LCD 32 inch on that time there is a scheme free Airtel Digital Tv [HD] set-top box on that.
I booked for installation and the 2 people came and installed the dish and asked to leave the STB on, as it will install automatically.
When I went back home, I found that there was some installation failure, with error code SM2. (4th March Evening). I called customer care and asked them to get it fixed, they provided the appointment and resolution time 2 days i.e. 6th March 4:30pm. Even after repetative calling no one turns up till 6th March. On calling customer care, the customer care representative's kept saying they will get back to me in 1hr and then non-one turns up and I call again after 1.5 hrs... same result... and then they give timing of 7th March 4:30 pm. The customer care representative were Narmada & Niranjan. I asked them to transfer the call to there managers they didn't transfer saying lines are busy. I mailed to [email protected], but only response was we have received mail.

a> Request number 5724147 resolved... If unresolved call 8105731888.
&> I called 8105731888, no one picks up
b>> Request no - 5755640 "Wrong resolution (Domino)"... for query call 8105731888.
&> I called 8105731888, no one picks up
2> call center representatives - committing on resolution and getting back and neither of it happening
So seems like requests gets resolved even without resolving and they raise a new request to cover it up.
And there is no way you can escalate it.
So please give us satisfactory solution for this and feedback us as early as possible.
I am terribly upset with the service provided by Airtel digital TV.
I am not looking for any apology. Please let me know the escalation process, as I would like to take it up to the highest level.
