Hello consumers,
My sincere request do NOT buy Airtel Digital TV HD connection.
The product is probably great BUT Airtel customer service and local installation vendors is painful.
1. Purchased Airtel Digital TV HD 10 days ago.
2. To get it installed had to follow up customer care no. 50 times in 5 days.
3. Airtel is subcontracting installtion to local vendors who are NOT QUALIFIED and just teenager mechanics. These non eductated installers do not speak politely and have no expertise to handel premium customers.
4. They did wrong data entry (nornal digital instead of HD) and did NOT enable HD activation.
5. I paid Rs. 2514 and they ented in thie rsystem Rs.999!!! Less balance so no activation.
6. Can anyone give me complaint redressal customer escalation contact number of India Head - Airtel?
7. 10 days and 100 phone calls, 100 emails and no one to listen. Most pathectic experience is to buy a AIRTEL product. Mistake.
8. The installation mechanic took Rs.255 EXTRA stating that cable length is exceeding limit. Just 3 floors above cable length is insufficient?? No receipt for extra cable wire??? No record of payment??? How unprofessional can this get? I gave him Rs.300 and yet he was waiting for more! Crazeee!
