I have a AIRTEL DIGITAL TV HD DTH Service.
Almost 10-12 days back I had requested through SMS, email for adding Movies Now HD Channel.
I Sent SMS again and again. But they are not adding the channel.
Also when I called customer service, 6 times my call disconnected before it reaches any service executive.
Finally when connected, executive told me that some engineer they send, their seems a problem in their HD services. Now it's almost a week I am expecting that Engineer.
My verdict, AIRTEL DIGITAL TV DTH provides poor customer service and I am going to discontinue their services. I suggest all customers to never choose AIRTEL DTH.
