Dear sir,
my airtel digital tv dth set top box became dead within the warrenty period of one year of purchase regarding which i registered complaint ti the concerened customer care 1800 102 8080 no many times with repeated complaints registration my complaint was not resolved by the companies end yet as my balance also got deducted automatically my first complaint date was 9-august and today it is 13- feb i dont think airlet has the solution of the problem, now i dont want the settp box any more and i want my all the money refunded.
