I am regular user of Airtel Digital TV . My Account number is 3000575531. I have got a call of Airtel Executive from 10 day back. He told me that there is 1500/rs shows in my account & it will run for next 12 month but if I except his offer then I have got 1 More month extra. I clearly told him that those channel which is running presently should not be disturb & he assure me that there will be no change in your current channel but today I see in TV that my most of the channel is not coming so I call to Airtel CC number & Airtel Customer Care Representative response me that my package is change by Airtel. I complain him for this but he cut the phone.
In Second incident when I complain to Customer Care Airtel for this incident he revert me that if i want to upgrade my channel then Amount of rs 1300/- will adjust in new packege then i revert him that please provide me megapack so he told me that for megapack near about 1600/ rs is required in my account so please recharge minimum 500 rs in your A/C so i recharge my a/c by my credit card immidiately and call again to Airtel CC. One more problem is with Customer Care that each & every time when we call Representative will change than i again explain him he say that yes we can change & upgrade your current pack to new Pack & it will takes 4 hrs to upgrade. When channel not start after 4 hrs then i again call then they told me that due to some techanical reason it will takes time of more 2 hrs. Next day when i call Air tel told me that it will takes 72Hrs to upgrade. Near about 6 days left no change is occure then i again call Airtel than a representative Mr. Mayank told me that in your a/c fund is insufficient so i revert him that allready 1300/- rs in present pack & 761/- extra amount also present so collectively rs is present then he reply me that no sir if you change your pack your previous amount will lapse. I was socked that called Airtel for misselling rather then solving my problem then again Missell with me.
Brand like Airtel is done this kind of think. I need my full money with Compensation at any cost.
I would like to know that Brand like Airtel Has done this kind of Miss selling with me. Please continue my previous status & stop this kind of Miss selling from your side.
