No proper response for safe custondy of 90 days

Dear Sir

I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV Customer ID 3006929711

I have been duped by an airtel employee on 16th and again on 18th December he introduced himself as Nitin an employee of airtel digitel tv from Luncknow he called me on my phone No.09453238747 by his telephone No.08896791110 and asked me to recharge on line for Rs.200 I was in Patna so I did recharge again he called me on 18th Dec and asked me recharge more for Rs.390 so he can put my account on safe custody for six months I did recharged but he has given only telephonic assurance to put on safe custody since then I am calling him daily but he has the same answer that I have done but still I am loosing my balance amount on airtel TV

I had sent a mail to digital [email protected] they revered me back that I will be done soon but still theyare deduction my amount from the recharge value of 200 390 rupees

Kindly help me to get rid of this digital TV
