Pathetic after sales service

Airtel is pathetic at their after sales service. I have paid INR 4500/- for Airtel DTH connection for the year of 2011. Connection got activated in mid- Jan after sevaral reminders. My Airtel digital TV account number is 3006572729. On 15th March'11 came the first surprise: My connection was disconnected without any notice on account of " low balance". When i contacted the dealer, he demanded INR 1000/- for activating the account without any logical reasoning for the additional money. However with the help of my building secratery we contacted a person in Airtel named Kartik who helped to activate the connection.

Again now in August connection was off on account of "low balance". I have been chazing Airtel person for activating the connection since last 5 days but no action has been taken from Airtel. Every time I call that Airtel person i hear a standard reply that the connection will be activated within 15 minutes. Its 5 days now and nothing has been done.

In spite of paying full money in advance, consumers are being cheated.
