Dear Sir
This is to inform u that i have purchased DTH -Airtel Digital TV from Local agency - Surat on 1/5 it has been installed at my home on 2/5 at 10:00AM till now it has not been started programm i have already contact customer service department of Airtel DTH services. But they are not givning me saisfaction response as i want from them.they dont know how to speak with a customer as i am also a Sr Customer care executive in reputed company so i knw what responsibilty should have a customer executive.
