Since last 15 days, my Airtel DTH connection (3000629712) is not working because of technical reasons of channel shifted to SAT 2??? I have registered 1st complaint on 23rd April but till today my complaint is not resolved. After that I registered few more complaints but same is the result.
Every time I spoke to customer care service center they register new complaint but with no result also
their local service center do not answer the phone calls since last 15 days.
on 5 th May, I spoke to Airtel DTH Mumbai territory manager Ms Shubhangi, whose attitude was ir-responsible & asked me to wait for few more
(4-5) days . when I said her should I discontinue the services further, her answer was "Yes you can ". such is the territory manager.
its already been more than 15 days, I am simply helpless & fed up with Airtel DTH.
