For my customer id- 3004806412, the connection of Airtel DISH TV is not working since 5 days, inspite of tens of calls to customer care no visit has taken place yet, different timings have been given whenever a call is made, very unsatisfactory customer support and very poor delivery system and unresponsive attitude of the company. Problem is yet to be resolved. a major irritant comes in the form of SMSes which say that your problem has been resolved (though nobody is actually addressing the issue)
