The airtel dish tv customer care is useless, hopeless... On Thursday i forwarded the request for re-installation and these people gave the appointment for friday at 12.00 p.m. But nobody turned up nor i received any call from the engineer. When on friday, i called up they gave the appointment for saturday. But same was the case. After that nobody has called up till now... I have spoken to the seniors also but not satisfied. Aradhana was there, one guy named abhit syed was also in touch. But nobody was able to sort out my problem. I think you people should shut down your customer care as it's of no use. I am waiting for the harsh action on this.
