I have recharge no video no signal

I have a dish TV from airtel i have recharge on 2nd earli morning at 4am it refrelected in my accout but iam reciving no signal i have given complaint regarding airtel executive took the complaint and it got close becsue they have sent the engineer to the old address, again i raise one more SR it was clsoe becaseu enginer said custoemr not rechable tho my numbe was active, again one executive raise an sr one enginer came to my place he rectified teh issue after 1hr same problem i called up again to the engineer he promised he will be coming but he is not coming day by day my accoutn is getting duducted i want my the refund for wt i have not used and still my sissue is not resolved. and my

still my issue is not resolve iam gettign no signal error and daily my balance is getting diducted
