Not getting the balance amount

Hi My name sreenivas, I have disconnected the airtel digital tv account on january 24. They had taken my dish and set top from me. They promised me within 14 days they will send the balance amount to my addreess. Till now they have not send to my address. I have called up so many times to customer care. Every time they telling the same thing they will send within 14 days. alomst 1 month over. No use calling customer care.
