My customer ID is :3008364417. I want to file a case on Airtel DTH .I have purchased Airtel DTH through internet-banking on airtel official website (www.airtel.in) on 8th july. The company offer was (Payment 1590 Rs with 3 months free subscription with 250 Rs cashback). Therefore i made payment of Rs 1590. After payment the offer is (Payment 1640 Rs with 2 months subscription with 200 cashback). The company forcely deducts 50 Rs from 250 cashback and also reduces one month for free subscription. Please resolve my problme
