Hi,
My Airtel DTH Account (Customer ID 3002161659) has balance over INR 500 and still keep getting a message stating that "account balance is negative please recharge and if already recharged please ignore" on the TV screen. This kind of message being displayed everyday reflects very poorly on the companies image, it becomes a cause of embarrassment if viewing TV with the guests and also is a major irritant.
Pls fix this at the earliest.
