Hi dear management of Airtel
i am Sreenivas Journalist
i wanted let you know the disaster service experience from Airtel which i am facing now
coming to point, I am using Airtel Digital TV connection and facing lot of troubles with it
at the time of installation too i faced lot of troubles and for a week for the installation (which is supposed to be held in 48 hours)
and now i want to add a new channel "MOVIES NOW HD" since 8 days to my package but i am unable to do
i hv called number of times Airtel customer care people they are saying our staff will come and change the direction of dish antenna but no one is coming
they said it ll be solved in 24 hours but after 11 days also there is no response they given me a complaint number of 6122703 then later the issued a new one after chasing them
for 5 days on phone now my complaint number is 6231967, (i got this 5 days back still no response)
and reaching customer care people is a bitter exp cause the line will cut in middle and some new one ll pick up the call and we have to explain the entire thing from the beginning
what is the is disaster service do they think what customer wll do?
we are paying LAKHS of annual bill to Airtel from our company through mobile, broadband and digital tv connection
even also we are getting this kind of service
what we are supposed to now?
if i didn't get proper reply from them i will go to any extent in legally
because they should know how much the customers are suffering with their worse services
