I am prevailed customer of Airtel DTH from past 18 months’, I made a request for relocation of my dish from my current location to new location on 26th of this month (26/06), they told me within 2 days it will be resolved, and one of your local executive called me and said we just de allocate the dish, then other team will come and re allocate to other location. But my request for total de & re allocation of my dish from one premises to other premises.
For same reason I called Airtel DTH Customer care number 12150 almost 10-15 times but from your executives we are not getting proper response. Sometimes your customer care executives simply disconnect the call without answering the call.
I need this to be happened ASAP, other wise as per new govt law I will take legal action against the Airtel DTH,
Really I fed up with your service, Really worst service your providing for the customer.
Please resolve this issue ASAP.
