Airtel srvice is disgusting and unprofessional...
Its the second time in this month that our IPTV has suddenly stopped working.
We have not opted IPTV merely for making complaints but we want a hassel free service.
Your technical executives (who visits on complaints) are either incompetent in their courtesy with the customer or
imcompetent to solve the probles. Last complaint we lodged on June 1st week, one of your technical executive behaved badly about who I
complained and the other one who came and wasted my 4 hours couldnot sort the problem. However, I found him surfing FACEBOOK on my laptop.
This is disgusting and highly unprofessional.
I DO NO want to go with IPTV if this is the type of service you guys are offering.
your customer care executives lacks knowledge and are not able to respond to our query.
Then why r they sitting there? u can simply record our complaints on some machine.
Ever since we have opted for IPTV, every month we have to book a complaint.
This is just not happening guys.
I complained this morning around 11 am and till now nothing has happened... No followups and no rectifications...
this id TRUELY UNPROFESSIONALS... we REGRET opting for airtel IPTV...
I hope this mail reaches the right person who can look into thie matter and correct the system...
