I AM NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE LAST THREE DAYS I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THE ERROR COE B001, THEY ONLY FOOL ME SAYING THAT THEIR SYSTEM IS HAVING PROBLEM. EVERY TIME I CALL THEY ONLY SAY THIS EXCEPT YESTERDAY WHEN I CALL AROUND 12 NOON, THEY NOTED MY COMPLAINT AND SENT ME REQUEST NUMBER AND SAID THAT THEIR ENGINEER WILL VISIT AT 6:50 PM AND WILL CALL HALF AN HOUR BEFORE TILL 8:38 AM ON 3rd JUNE I.E TODAY EVEN NOT A CALL CAME. WHEN I THEN CALL CUSTOMER CARE THE TOLD THAT YOUR DATE IS 6th OF JUNE.

AIRTEL IS ONE OF THE FAMOUS AND REPECTABLE COMPANIES BUT THEY ALSO DO LIKE THIS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS.
