I am a existing customer of Airtel DTH from last one and the half year, my customer id is 3000473964. My set top box was not working properly for the last one month, I registered the complaint regarading my set top was also get replaced but still it was not working. As the problem was continuously increasing i called the customer care, Engineer from the airtel comes, examine the problem & said to change Set-top Box (STB). After a payment of 350/-(for STB replacement) 100/-(as visit charge) he replaced my new STB with a very old STB (on 07-02-11). It worked only for a day, i again called the engineer and he gave me the another STB but that also doesn't work. after that i again registered a complaint on 14-feb and they replaced the same on 23-feb.again the same problem occurs. again i informed them on 25-feb but they does not come yet.
also they provided ud the repaired one STB and not the new one.
Now i am getting totally fed up with my DTH service..please do something.
Please provide the suitable solution for my problem.
