Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked a Digital TV connection on 6th May and made the payment online through Credit Card.

I was told that the unit will be installed at my location within 24 hours. I received an SMS that your engineer will call and confirm the appointment by 9 am on 7th May.

Till now I have not received any call from any engineer and the unit is also not yet installed.

This kind of service was never expected from Airtel.

After taking the payment in advance, they expect customers to follow them continiously.

All these online agencies are fraud.
