I have made a complaint regarding HD set top box issue (video and audio problems) on 4th May to the call centre. They have given me request no.7601637 and told that this will be resolved within 48 hrs. Next day service engineer came to my house and he was not able to fix the problem expressing his inability to service HD STB. Finally he told me that STB needs to be changed and since he don't have stock right now, he will bring it teh next day. From then no-one ever came to my house and i have been keeping on calling call centre everyday asking them to resolve the issue as my STB was not totally working. Everytime i call they register a new complaint and say that it will be resolved within 12 hours. Series of Complaint no.'s registered by the me are as follows: 7601637, 7728713, 7768861, 7890642, 7920463. Till today (10 days passed by) nothing has been resolved and no one is bothered to provide proper serivce. Moreover i receive SMS's saying that your issue has been already resolved.
This is very irresponsible service being provided by Airtel DTH and especially when their personell don't know how to service HD STB's, i don't know why they are rolling out this product. Atleast now i request someone from airtel DTH management to look into this matter and send someone to fix my problem. I am seriously fed of with the very poor service of Airtel DTH
