BUY AIRTEL DTH, GET LIFETIME TROUBLE!!

I have purchase AIRTEL DTH connection (the first blunder!). Now, I have shifted my address. So, I contacted the local service person, who installed the connection. First two days, he delayed saying he will attend it, third day, he said he simply declined to attend the matter. He also challenged to take up the matter to where ever, I want.

So, I contacted the customer care centre, they said, they will attend the complaint (the response of the service person) as well as re-installation within one day. But in next 5 working days, neither anyone came to my address nor anyone called me. Again I called up the customer care, but the same sequence repeated. This time, I got a request reference number. Also got a 'happy code' (!), which I need to share with the technical person, once my issues are solved. But again no one contacted for another 3 more days. Third day, I got a message saying "your issue has been solved, if you have any queries, contact this number &&&-- " I was wondering, how they concluded my issue resolved! so, I called up the number. That man shouted at me saying that he stopped all the business with AIRTEL months before, so don't call him again!!

Now, finally, I decided to gave up the connection, so I am loosing a good amount (unfortunately, I renewed subscription for one year quite recently).
