Purchased new settop box from airtel with 12 moth mega subscription pack, all of sudden with in a week time my airtel dth service is suspended saying due to insufficient fund. reported the issue on airtel customer care 12150, seems some one stole funds from my account.

Calling airtel customer care 12150 is quite frustrating, keeping on hold for 15-20 mins and they says sorry sir system is down, call us latter, no manager is available to listen. its often forced to keep customer on HOLD, sounds more like there strategy

its been more than 48 hours and airtel people haven't rectified the issue. POOR SERVICE, BAD SUPPORT, BAD ACCOUNTABILITY and full headache.

and calling them now, they say our server is on upgrade. its 6PM in evening, ideal team to carry out maintenance.

ALSO remember the new settop box heats up like coal, and as per customer care its normal. wondering cheap product set-top boxes are being sold out by Airtel at high prices.

in short, give excuse to airtel DTH and go with other DTH service.
