Its really a serious, when we can have all the channels then why can't we have Peace TV. Airtel people will have the same reply all the time "That they have forwarded our concern to the team" this is not going to help and we as a customer needs a relevant response or a valid reason.
People opt for Airtel just because of the good customer satisfaction value which it has earned over a period of time (Thanks to SBM) but in this case it seems all the customers are loosing their complete trust with Airtel. I feel our local cabalwalas are doing better in providing what we want, at least we get to watch our favorite channels even though we have to loose out on clarity and stuff but again who bothers for HD & MPEG technology when their basics requirements itself is not fulfilled.
Team its a serious concern and reply back to feedback does not matter what we are expecting as a customer that you should be transparent enough to provide us some relevant time-frame so that we can wait (if its sound feasible enough) or else we will move to Hathway or local cablewalas.
