Using DTH by Airtel:

Recently I have shifted to another location and informed to Airtel for re-installation. My 1st order no.is47608474, after 3 days they gave me another no.3453056 with another 3 days extension, again when I called today (04.08.10) then they gave me another no.3477642 with 3 days extension. I was not expecting this type of response from company like Airtel. I have to call them on-020-40181400 every time which costs me around Rs.20 and without watching TV I have to spend on recarging the account that is extra.
I am frustrated calling them and want some solution by consumer forum.
Please help me out.
