I have recently purchased new Airtel DTH with 1800 Rs subscriptions for 5 months (north pack). Which is mentioned in Airtel offer adv. pamphlet papers.
But when I check with Customer care they say its 4 month only what is this nonsense.
They say talk to your dealer, dealer say talk to customer care. I really upset with this and Airtel is most untrustworthy brand in the market in terms of cheating/misleading.
Also Installation is not proper cables hanging out ..I can only say don't buy airtel with offers.
