Airtel DTH
Refund Not Received

Dear Sir,

I had an Airtel Dth connection (Customer ID 3006398462). I had terminated this connection last week of December. An Airtel Engineer came to my house (on 28th Dec) and did the CPE recovery. Post this i received an SMS stating that the the call has been closed (Reference no 14978492).

I had an amount of 4958/- in my account which the customer care told me would be sent to me as DD within 2 weeks starting 28th Dec. Till date i have not received the refund and each time i call the customer care they give me some lame excuse (either we will call after 2 hrs or we will get back to you shortly etc... not to mention the amount of time they kept me waiting to).

Please find attached the mail communication i had with Airtel.

I sincerely request your help in getting my refund back.
