Dear Sir,
I had shifted from my sion address in Mumbai on 24th Dec to my new house in Thane, Mumbai.
after some 25 phone calls to the customer care team, they registered my request for the de - installation.
as expected they did not send anyone for the job, and i had to call the local ASM directly for the deinstallation.
the Horror started for the Re-installation in my Thane address. I have made 17 calls to the Customer care,
and every time they have been sending Engineers for the Re installation in my OLD ADDRESS, and closing the call citing Wrong Address. In every call i had clearly mentioned my new address.
Even the local ASMs, ZSM, s not cooperating in this regard.
However the mandatory Rs. 300/- has been deducted from my Balance for the job
As of now, I am at the mercy of Airtel to get help for the installation.
Please suggest what should be my next course of action on this
