Misleading ads, poor customer service

I received a message from Airtel DTH on my mobile that recharge with Rs - and get 7% extra on or before jan 07. I recharged on jan 07 even though my a/c was active till Feb 27, till date i have not received 7% money, I have called end number of times, even talked to many supervisors, each one assured my i will get in 24 hrs but, they also have given so many complaint numbers, but still i have not receivd it. They have also refused to return my money back. Please let me know how can I sue them.
