Egarding poor service

Actually what happened that my home airtel dth whose customer id is 3001172310, connection lost taking signals on 13/03. For which I complained to customer care deptt. the customer care official said that the connection will be allright till 1:30 noon of next day that was 14/03. I lost all my favourite programmes along with 20:20 cricket match. I kept quiet and felt that the connection will be ok at noon. I awaited for the technician or call from the customer care deptt. but none of them came till time. I further call to the cc and they told that the conn. is in under repairing and it will be all right till 5:30 evening, I wait for the time but the conn. was still not worked. They spoiled my sunday, I called once more the cc told that you will served till 1:30 noon of 15/03. I don't have any faith left in their deptt. this was ridiculous and embarrassing this is how airtel is giving service to their customers.
