having been using this service since oct 09 and am entitlled to get zee cafe zeestudio according to my package... since last two months stopped getting these channels... when u call the customer care to b frank THEY DO NOT CARE... I spokt to pradeep twice who hung my call along with one raja... when they cant resolve your issues they cut the call (u call this service??? i told them that i want to speak to some1 who can solve this issue and now they have barred my calls that was too much now how do i solve this issue???
