Negligence of Service

Dear Sir

I would like to inform the "Negligence of Service "offered to me regarding Shifting of my DTH service from Madurai to Chennai.

On 9th April I contacted 12150 regarding shifting. They adviced me to recharge to Rs 500.

On 10th Apr I recharged for the said amount and informed Ms. Sangeetha and Mr Farhan of Cust Care and they provided me the compliant No 2370749.

As your Engineers at Madurai not responded Mr Farhan adviced me to remove the DTH on my own.

On reaching Chennai, again I reminded the Cust Care (Ms Anila) on 12th for installation of my DTH thru service req no 2397138.

At 2.47 pm I am getting an SMS that it has been resolved.

On 13th Apr I called up Cust care (Ms Lavanya) and she assured me that DTH will be installed at 6 pm on 13th.

As there is no response I escalated this issue to Mr Mallika Arjun and Mr Rajesh.

Mr Rajesh gave me the complaint No as 2406271 on 13th April.

Sir I want to know when it will be installed at my new address at chennai.
