After a short spell of rains and thunderstorm day before yesterday (3/5/'10) evening my Airtel DTH sgnal went off and I am suffering for last around 48 hrs. I tried to contact the tolled and tolled free nos on 3rd evening but when it came to speaking to customer care it went blank and sometimes kept on ringing. Finally, I managed to get the line at around 7.30 am on 4/5/'10 and what a 'good morning, I had. A lady on the other end possibly half awake and could neither understand Hindi or English properly abruptly disconnected saying that the signal loss is owing to non payment. Finally, I could lodge a complaint at 3.35 pm yesterday and was told that the problem will be rectified by 10.48 am today ie 4/5/10.I have received a SMS at 12.23 pm saying my problem is rectified. Now when I am writing this at 6.10 pm with a TV screen showing SIGNAL LOSS-ERROR B003 for last two days, what will Mr Mittal comment about his company's examplary service and top of the world customer care?
