Dear Customer care,
I’ve tried to get in touch with Airtel regarding the problem I’ve been facing with my DTH for the past 4 days.
Neither the 1800 no or the land lint (020-40..) is any good. Am really surprised that an organization like Bharti is so poor when it comes to delivering after sales service.
My customer id is 3002263120. I’ve paid for the entire year of subscription and had then taken a top up of WB for Rs 11/- as I got delayed to pay this my entire connection was disconnected. Now after repeated calling them I was forced to pay Rs200 thru my credit card and was assured that the same will be activated in 45-60 minutes. That was 18 hours back and the status of my connection hasn’t changed.
I’ve called airtel customer care atleast 30-35 times, even visited the office where I was very conveniently told that we can’t help you as we don’t have access.
This after sales is ridiculous and frustrating. Would highly appreciate it if someone could call me and sort out this problem.
