My instrument is showing NO SIGNAL since 4th May. I have been getting assurances and dates from AIRTEL Customer care for the resolution of my problem since 4th may till date but their engineer has not arrived till date. I have send a number of mails for discontinuing the service and refund of my annual recharge amount 3722/- but still there is no reply. I have already forwarded the same mail to [email protected]. asking for the early resolutions.
