Airtel DTH Service is a SCAM

This is to pointout the Scam pratices performed by Airtel DTH and the harassment and mental torture caused by them to their consumers.
I applied for a 999 Rs. Connection via online contact form at Airtel's website. I received a call the next from the Airtel Executive and made the purchase for a 999 connection and multiple room connection for 1750.
Date of Payment: May 27th
Transaction id: 8974827 – (999 Rs Connection)
Transaction id: 89744899 – (1750 Rs Connection)
Waited patiently till June 5th, no one contacted me or came for a Installation. On 6th June I contacted Airtel toll free no. 18001028080 and complained about the connection.
I was assured an installation and call back soon.
Till June 9th no response from Airtel DTH. Once again I contact Airtel DTH customer care, This time I get my customer id.: 3004173854
Also I am given a complain number this time 3011821. The executive assured me a installation on June 10th and also passed me the mobile number of their local installation company. 9702662200 - Mobile No.: OASIS Services
OASIS services don't attend calls at all. I tried contacting them more than 10 times on June 10th but anyone failed to answer at their number.
June 12th – I speak to senior executive at Airtel DTH toll free no. 3028453 : complaint no / Sr. Executive name: Prabhat, I threaten him for a cancellation and request for a refund.
Executive begs for 'One more chance' I am assured a call back from him and also installation the next day. (- Got No Call back or any response.)
To this complaint number Airtel sends me sms stating: Your Service Request ref no. Is 3028453 for “Wrong Resolution (Domino)”
Wrong Resolution?? I haven't got a intallation yet and Airtel tells me I complained for Wrong Resolution.
June 14th - Same old story. I speak to senior executive at Airtel DTH toll free no. 66149115 - interaction number / Sr. Executive name: Sushant, I threaten him for a cancellation and request for a refund.
Executive begs for 'One more chance' I am assured a call back from him and also installation the same day by 2pm. (- Got No Call back or any response.)
June 14th – 3.50pm again at Airtel Toll free no... Again assured installation on June 15th / 3056485: Complaint number.
June 15th – No one arrives at my place. Called up Airtel DTH toll free no; Sr. Executive assured installation by 2pm.
June 15th – 3.50pm called up Airtel DTH toll free no; Sr. Executive says spoke to Area Manager, spoke to higher senior authority; assured installation within 1.5 hrs.
- No update, No Installation!
June 16th – I call up Airtel DTH toll free no; Speak to senior executive Poonam Singh. She assures a callback in 1hr.
No response for about 2.5hrs. I call up again and speak to her, she claims she was busy. Tells me spoke to my Area manager Gladwin George and says they are not allowed to install a connection Kharghar.
Why did Airtel tell me before accecpting my connection request that they can install the connection in my area?
I request for a cancellation.

I am assured a call back on June 17th around 3pm and need to explain the reason for disconnection.
June 17th – No Response from Airtel.
I am still waiting for my connection from May 27th ie., and for the refund or installation.
Stay away from Airtel DTH, its a scam company.
